Type of Structure: Site-constructed, cast-in-place concrete with themed rock formations.
Mechanical Systems: Large life-support systems consisting of; a filtration plant, ozone systems, biological filters and pump systems. The educational displays consisted of; UL-listed skid systems with electric and pneumatic valve manifolds and show control panels.
The Minnesota Zoological Gardens project consisted of creating multiple life support systems for Sea Otter, Grizzly Bear and Trout habitats. There are also several educational interactive water display areas, theatrical steam vents, mud cauldrons and geyser effects.
