Every project calls for different requirements. That’s why we offer different services and can serve in varying capacities: design-build services and consulting/engineering services.
Through Design-Build Services, we team up with you from the beginning to tackle everything from designing to installation and support. Our process typically includes:
1) Design Time
During this period, we take the time to look at the scope of the project and design a water feature that fits within the parameters of budget, architecture, and function.
2) Project Submission
Once the initial parameters have been established, we devise a complete set of construction drawings, product information, and samples of finish for review and approval.
3) Project Coordination and Installation Planning
Once the proposed project has been approved, we meet with the construction crew to discuss the details of installation including the sequence of installation and the installation schedule that our crew will take.
Our crew arrives on-site to install the water feature from start to finish including all elements such as mechanical and electrical systems.
5) System Training
Once installation is complete and all systems have been thoroughly tested for efficacy, we train the on-site staff in the maintenance of the system and answer any questions in regards to that system.
6) System Maintenance
During the life of the system, we can provide complete maintenance services to ensure the water feature equipment is operating per the manufacturer’s specifications.
As an additional level of service, we are available to provide support in handling warranty claims for any component parts of our systems for our clients, making their lives easier.
Through our consulting services, we can join a project at any point whether it’s at the bidding stage or during the construction documentation process. Our services include:
1) Design Development Package
During the design process, our engineers consult based on all important aspects of water features including sound emissions, visual aesthetics, splash containment, finishes, maintenance, and budget.
2) Bid Documents and Specifications Development
Once the initial designs are planned, we provide a thorough proposal containing all important information such as CAD drawings, product specifications, and equipment sizing.
3) Construction Administration Services
Throughout the building process, we visit the jobsite to ensure the design is being properly installed.
